LEADERSHIP DECISION AUDIT

You are already solving the problem.

The question is whether you are solving the right one.

The Leadership Decision Audit is a complimentary 15-minute private diagnostic for accomplished founders, coaches, creatives, and leaders facing one result that is not moving as expected.

Bring one current business or leadership situation.

I will listen to the whole system, identify the level on which the real constraint is most likely operating, and show you which decision deserves your attention first.

You do not need another list of things to fix. You need to know what matters first.

YOU MAY BE SOLVING THE WRONG PROBLEM

Accomplished women rarely lack intelligence, ambition, or information.

They can usually see several valid ways forward.

The difficulty begins when every issue appears equally important.

You revise the message when the real constraint is the offer.

You build another funnel when the real issue is follow-up.

You work on confidence when the business structure is still unclear.

You change the strategy when pressure has changed the quality of your decisions.

Every one of those actions may be useful.

The question is whether it deserves priority now.

Leadership begins with the ability to hear the whole system and decide what requires attention first.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE AUDIT?

You bring one current situation in your business, career, visibility, relationships, or leadership.

First, I listen to what is visibly happening.

Then I distinguish between three possible levels:

BUSINESS STRUCTURE

Is something essential unclear, disconnected, or missing in the way the business currently operates?

STRATEGIC DECISION

Is the next move visible, but still unprioritized, delayed, or repeatedly reconsidered?

LEADERSHIP PATTERN

Does the quality of the decision change when visibility, money, responsibility, rejection, or pressure enters the room?

I give you my direct assessment of which level currently has the greatest influence and explain why.

You decide what you do with that information.

YOU LEAVE WITH

A clearer view of your business or leadership situation as one connected system.

A direct assessment of the level on which the primary constraint is operating.

A reasoned recommendation for the decision that deserves priority now.

A clear distinction between what requires action, what requires deeper calibration, and what can wait.

One situation. One clear first read. One decision about what matters next.

This Audit Is For You If…

✓ You have already created meaningful results.

✓ You know your current reality does not reflect your true capability.

✓ You can bring one specific situation to examine.

✓ You take responsibility without turning everything into self-blame.

✓ You want a tangible decision, not more information.

✓ You are willing to see the pattern without repeating it.

This Audit Is Less Useful If…

✗ You want a general introduction call.

✗ You want someone to make the decision for you.

✗ You want extensive free coaching.

✗ You do not have one real situation to examine.

✗ You want reassurance without looking at the pattern influencing the result.

The purpose of the Audit is calibration: one situation, one pattern, and one shift that changes the direction of the result.

Example

A client came to me convinced she was simply “too messy.”

That was not the real problem.

She had already built a six-figure business on her own, so the evidence did not match the story.

During the Audit, we discovered that the real issue was not messiness. It was over-responsibility.

She had learned to carry everything herself, which made delegation feel unsafe and left her overwhelmed.

Once we identified the real problem, the next leadership decision became obvious.

She did not need another productivity system.

She needed to stop treating over-responsibility as proof of leadership.

About Hildegard Schön

As a professional orchestra conductor and leadership coach, I have spent decades listening to complex systems while the performance is still unfolding.

A conductor hears where timing changes, where authority disappears, and which adjustment will influence the whole.

I bring that judgment into business and leadership.

I help accomplished women identify the problem that deserves priority, understand the pattern shaping the decision, and lead from a standard that remains available under pressure.

Leadership becomes visible through decisions.

I help accomplished founders and leaders identify the decision with the greatest influence on the whole system—and build the capacity to hold that decision under pressure.
