1. What An Agent Can And Cannot Do
An agent can reinforce your visibility. An agent cannot replace your positioning. We begin here because representation is one of the most important and misunderstood topics for conductors.
2. From Contacts To Professional Relationships
A network is not a list of names. We begin with the perspective of orchestra directors, especially the Intendant of a typical German orchestra, and later widen this theme to agents, festivals, and institutional gatekeepers.
3. Follow-Up, Rejection, And Professional Self-Trust
Silence and rejection can make conductors disappear from the conversation. Or they can become the beginning of clearer follow-up, stronger discernment, and more precise action.
